11. The standard toolbar contains icons for the most commonly used commands.

13. Placeholders contains formatting characteristics that your going to need and it helps you save time.
14. View buttons allow you to quickly switch between powerpoint views.
15. The status bar contains the number of slides and the type of design template in use.
16. The slide sorter pane displays thumbnail representations of each slide that you ahve created.
17. You can use the slides tab to navigate to whichever slide you want to view.
18. You can also drag a thumbnail to drag a slide to a new position in your presentaion.
19. The menu bar displays a list of menus that you use to give commands.

21. The slode pan displays all the slides you ahve created at one time. that way you can organize.
22. The task pane displays that have commands that are relavent to whatever you're doing
23. Powerpoint contains placeholders which contain the location and objects of what you ahve been working
24. Format auto chape helps you design your text size and color and shape.
25. The slideshow button on the bottom left shows the full presentation on your screen.
26. To add A New Slide click on the new slide icon thats going to be on your top right of the screen.
27. To Add Graphics clink on clipart and type the image you would like to post.
28. When Powerpoint displays the image you can rotate it eitherway you want by clicking on it.
29. The autoshapes button on the bottom left helps you choose from different shapes for your presentaion.
30. A template allows you to choose from different backgrounds for your presentation.
